What we collect and why
Account information, your selected implementation focus, the structured inputs you provide inside applications, and the deliverables you choose to save. This information exists to support your implementation work.
Which applications use your data
Each application uses only the context you approve for it. Your Brand Voice Blueprint, Knowledge Map, and other saved deliverables are referenced by other applications only when you connect them.
AI processing
Where an application uses AI assistance, your structured input may be processed by an AI service to generate suggestions. AI-generated output may contain errors and requires human review.
Ownership Games privacy
Hidden Asset Reveal content, source material, Asset Blueprint details, confidential processes, and private notes are not displayed across Wealthy Women AI. Only approved summary information appears. Ownership Games remains the system of record.
Analytics
We record product events such as sign-in, application opened, workflow started, and deliverable saved. We do not send private AI prompts, Asset Blueprint content, confidential business information, financial values, or uploaded document content to analytics.
What you should not enter
Do not enter passwords, bank account information, private client data, unauthorized employer information, trade secrets you are not permitted to use, sensitive personal information, or protected information about other people.
Export and deletion
You may export your saved deliverables and request deletion of your account data.
